Almost 6 years now and I can’t get over how someone so talented felt the need to end his life. What a musician. So happy I saw him live and so disappointed I won’t get to see him again.

How lucky were anyone who got to see him live, especially in a small environment like this one. Frightened Rabbit is one of the greatest bands of the last 20 years. Loved them/him from the first album. Now have them on vinyl. Classics. Will last the test of time. Deserves to be wider known. Love that line, 'Don't want you back but I could kill him.' Very relatable. RIP Scott. Such a talent.

The rights & wrongs Before you learn to walk
I spent nearly 10 years of my life with a gal, sharing things, massively influenced by and enjoying it with Scott and FR. He spoke about us, sung a song at a festival and gig in our presence, only to disappear. I don't want to say it was our downfall, but it certainly was a massive part of it. Now I'm left with an eternal love for Scott and what could have been. I love you, dude. When I was in your presence, the world seemed like a lighter place. Your music will keep people going through so much more than you could ever imagine. Scott Hutchinson is my spirit animal.
No one will see this, on a wee small youtubers video, but that's okay. I've left plenty of comments just like this, on such videos. It's a kind of cathartic release. I don't dare talk to anyone about my feelings, so when I find videos from certain bands, Scott in particular, it feels good to vent. If you do read this, before I delete it and go Floating in the Forth; find help. Don't ignore the small things. I can't say I'll be saved, but I hope you are. Cats are the most beautiful creatures.

The only good thing about the dark time that was 2020 was that I heard this band for the first time. Truly their songs were the most honest and raw words that I have ever heard and I will ever hear in my life. I wish I discovered you sooner so I could hear you live but I’m grateful that I even found you.
